Home Visit

We found that starting in your closet (or other storage space) and listening to your needs and wants is the best initial approach. We discuss how you use your closet, inventory your clothing items, shoes, scarves and other accessories, and measure the entire closet area in order to create the best design to maximize your space. That's why we offer a free design consultation for every customer: we need to meet you in your space to better understand your needs.

Design

This is where the fun begins . . . we sit down and review the closet design together. We show you what's included and discuss possible design options. This is also where we present you with pricing based on the proposed closet design. By the end of this meeting, you get a real feel for where you're headed. After we have agreed on the design, it's time to get down to details.

Manufacturing

Once the design process and final selections are complete for your new closet system, your Design Consultant will provide you a contract for the closet(s) to be manufactured. Once Bentrovi Custom Closets receives your contract, we will order your closet materials and accessories, complete the engineering process, and manufacture your custom closet at our facility.

Installation

As the installation process begins, you remain in good hands. Our installers are all Bentrovi employees, never temporary employees. Most jobs are completed in one day; however, if you are having multiple closets renovated, the job may be scheduled for multiple days.
